We are an outstanding law office established by three lawyers who had over a decade each of experience in independent practice of law. We joined forces to increase the depth and range of our resources and create more value for our clients. We work together on a task-force basis on all matters we handle calling upon of counsels with a wide variety of expertise, if need be. We counsel clients on legal issues generated by their business transactions. Among other things, we assist in the creation of business entities, their licensing, governance, merger, acquisition, restructuring and insolvency. We also provide support in concluding contracts from inception all the way to closing deals. In particular, we help in negotiating, drafting and reviewing contracts in fields such as procurement, franchising, distribution, construction and real estate. Besides, we assist clients navigate the regulatory system of Ethiopia focusing on the financial sector, tax, competition and consumer protection laws. We represent clients in litigation before courts, administrative and arbitral tribunals.
